Time Function

The Time function evaluates the time-lapse between Case start and end time. The duration of the Case is evaluated with the precision of a second, not below a second.

You can use the TIME method to evaluate the duration of the case. The TIME function works in this way:

Example CASE StartTime: 7/27/2017 12:00:00 AM / EndTime: 7/28/2017 02:00:00 AM

Result = 26 Hours / 93600 s
